This policy explains what information DGTAL Marketing LLC (“DGTAL”, “we”) collects through dgtalmarketing.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
DGTAL Marketing LLC is a Facebook and Instagram advertising agency based in Morocco. You can contact us about anything in this policy at support@dgtalmarketing.com.
Information you give us
When you book a call through our booking calendar, we receive:
Your name and email address
Your business name or website
Your monthly ad budget range and your main goal for your ads
The date and time you choose, and anything else you add to your booking
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Framer, which records basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referring websites, and device type, so we can understand how the site is used.
If you accept marketing cookies, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and bookings that come from our own Facebook and Instagram ads. See Cookies below.

To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to follow up with you

To understand how visitors use our website and improve it
To measure how well our own advertising works, only if you accept marketing cookies
We do not sell your personal information.
Services we use
We rely on a few providers to run the website and our communication. They process information on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:
Framer: website hosting and visit statistics
Cal.com: booking calendar and call scheduling
Zoho Mail: email
Meta: the Meta Pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies
Some of these providers may store data outside Morocco, for example in the European Union or the United States.
Cookies
The website works without marketing cookies. On your first visit, we ask whether you accept them. If you accept, the Meta Pixel is loaded to measure visits and bookings from our ads. If you decline, it is not loaded.
The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by Cal.com and may use cookies needed for scheduling. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website’s cookies and site data in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email information for as long as we need it to talk with you and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any record-keeping the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@dgtalmarketing.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Morocco, this is the CNDP.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
